SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

We deliver worldwide to make Diamond Day garments available to everyone, regardless of geography. Please be aware of local taxes you may have to pay in your country to import from Denmark.

We strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed, but in the event this is not possible, we will ship the following business day.

All shipping rates are flat but free above specified thresholds:

DENMARK:

For all orders below € 100, the shipping rate is € 10. Diamond Day covers the shipping of orders exceeding € 100.

EU:

For all orders below € 300, the shipping rate is € 15. Diamond Day covers the shipping of orders exceeding € 300.

World:

For all orders below € 500, the shipping rate is € 30. Diamond Day covers the shipping of orders exceeding € 500.

Please be aware of local taxes you may have to pay in your country to import from Denmark.

 

You will receive an email once we ship the order, containing tracking information and delivery estimation. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate. 

All orders are shipped in packaging made from either biodegradable materials or recycled plastic waste. Please reuse packaging if you need to return your order. 

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If we can not accept the condition of the returned item(s), the right of return lapses.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is true regardless of geography.

Diamond Day returns and exchanges are at your own expense, so please be meticulous when choosing your sizes. There are two exceptions to this rule - if you are returning an item because it is faulty (defective or damaged) or because we've shipped the wrong item, Diamond Day will absorb the cost of returning the item(s). In the event you are returning a faulty or wrong item, please let us know by email hello@diamonddaycph.com for a free exchange.

 

RETURN ITEM(s) - you have regretted your purchase:

Once we have received your shipment, you will receive your money back to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

EXCHANGE ITEM(s) - an item or items do not fit- or suit you properly and you want another size or color:

The easiest and fastest way to complete an exchange is to place a new order for the right size or color, while you wait for your refund. 

To return the item(s) you wish to exchange, please get in touch with us by emailing hello@diamonddaycph.com to start the process.

Once we have received your shipment, you will receive your money back to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

WRONG / FAULTY ITEM(s) - we've either shipped a faulty item(s) or the wrong item(s):
